Color string for display and selection.

The instance variable :colorSpec contains a SetColor() string holding three color values. They are used for the following purposes:
Color values for radio button groups

| 1 | Color for the border around the radio button group |
| 2 | Color for the caption |
| 3 | Color for the accelerator key |
