Characters used as horizontal separator for column footings.

The instance variable :footSep holds a character string of one of more characters which are displayed as a separator between the data area and the column footing. The initial value for :footSep is an empty string ("") which suppresses the display of a footing separator. If :footSep contains more than one character, the last character is displayed across the width of a column, while the first character is displayed at the position of :colSep.
